I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious and had an amazing welcome plate with cheese, ham, and fruit. The coffee maker in the room brewed great coffee, and the Jacuzzi added a luxurious touch. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to arrange drivers for us and make our stay memorable. The location was perfect, in a safe part of the city and convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Dining was fantastic with patio seating and fresh meats. Overall, a superb stay with top-notch amenities and service.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms away from the Main Road were very nice and comfortable, fancy as well, complete with a kitchenette, bedroom, huge bathroom, separate second toilet, walk-in closet, and a lovely terrace with a jacuzzi. The service was remarkable, especially from Juan José in the restaurant where the food was superb. However, the location had its ups and downs with a convenient shopping mall nearby but lacking in friendly reception service.
The hotel had some great coffee in the room, but the bed was small. The bathroom was a standout feature. The service was top-notch, although there was an attempt to downgrade my room without informing me. The location was pleasing, but noisy in the morning. The dining experience was fantastic with a choice of indoor or terrace dining. The facilities were well-kept.
